Our apartment is situated in the Oasis Del Sur area of Los
Cristianos, Tenerife. This has, over the last few years, had
a major building programme and now has many new, high
quality bars and restaurants.

Pool

The Dinastia complex is brand new and has two pools, one of
which is for children. There is a fantastic pool bar, which
serves excellent food.
|
It is a ten minute walk to the beach and Los Cristianos town
centre. From there you can walk along the famous Geranium
Walk to Las Americas, Fanabe and Adeje taking in the
spectacular sights.
It is only 15 minutes by taxi from Tenerife South
Airport.

Lounge: A large and spacious open plan living area
with two large sofas, one of which is a double pull out bed.
There is also a dining table and six chairs. The TV has BBC
1 & 2, ITV and Channel 4, there is also a DVD
player.
Patio: There is a large balcony with a table and six
chairs; there are also two sun loungers and a small sofa and
chairs.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer,
full oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is
also a cold water washing machine, iron and ironing
board.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom and
TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers,
mirror and ceiling fan.
Bathrooms: En-suite to master bedroom has a Jacuzzi
bath with shower and a vanity basin. Second bathroom has a
shower cubicle. Both are marble finished. A hair dryer and
straightening irons are provided.
Bedding and towels are provided, but not beach towels. The
cleaner will clean on the middle Friday if you are staying
for two weeks.
There is strictly no smoking in the apartment but you may
smoke on the balcony. Please make sure you extinguish all
cigarettes.
Booking:
Prices from £275 per week.
A refundable security bond is payable in advance to secure
the booking. Full payment is payable 8 weeks prior to
departure. Please note, bookings for hen/stag parties and
from under 25s will not be accepted.
Change over day is Friday and check in and check out is 12
noon, but if we do not have a concurrent booking we will try
to be flexible.

This was our first visit to Tenerife and we weren't
disappointed.
Dinastia is at the top of a hill. My dad is 68 and walked up
and down it several times a day during our stay. The
apartments are opposite Paradise Park and just before Castle
Harbour.
The apartment itself is very modern and a complete home from
home. It has two bedrooms and a nice big sofa in the living
room that easily turns into a double bed. There's a balcony
to chill out on after a hot day in the sun.
The Dinastia Complex is a great place to stay. We stayed
during the Easter Holidays 2007. The atmosphere was lovely
round the pool, not too busy or noisy and with ample sun
beds. Goodfellas, the pool bar, does great food and drink.
Try the big breakfast and you'll last while teatime.
Dinastia is mainly residential so there are no groups of
rowdy teenagers or loud music. It's a great base for a
quiet, relaxing holiday.
There's a Spar just down the road that sells English
products and, if you get up early, you can grab some freshly
baked, hot baguettes and croissants for breakfast.
